Some people are put off or daunted by the word "Sports" in the title "Sports Massage Therapy", but I am equally as experienced in helping people recover from day to day injuries outside the world of sports, as I am those within.

So when I am asked " I don't compete in any sports, can I still come and see you?" The answer is of course yes.  I have many clients who find my approach reaps many benefits to their overall quality of life, helping redress imbalances that build up through everyday activities.

At R.M.H Sports Massage Therapy everyone is treated equally regardless of their sporting background.  Ultimately we are all made of the same stuff and we all have the same muscles and connections.  My primary goal is simply to improve your quality of life.
